1. No payment is required at time of booking2. You can view the schedule for a specific treatment without actually booking the appointment (just incase you are looking for multiple options)3. Sometimes the schedule is too full to book an hour or 1.5 hours, but there will be 15 and 30 minute massages still available4. Make Sure you are on the Correct day of the month.
